Go to the User Waypoint page. An easy way to enter this page is to enter an unused waypoint identifier into your flight plan.
The most common way to define a user waypoint is by entering a bearing and distance from the waypoint. However, you can also define a user waypoint as shown below as the intersection of two radials. (Note that in this example the distance 5.2nm is calculated automatically by the GPS after the user enters the two defining VORs and radials.)
