Based upon this map (scaled as a VFR sectional map) how many miles will be shown on a Garmin 430/530 flght plan from IHD to CAMOR NDB?

428 miles is the distance to an INTERSECTION called CAMOR.

In order to go to the NDB named CAMOR you need to enter VV as the waypoint.  Then the proper distance of 18.7 miles is displayed (as well as the proper DTK).
