Illinois Animal Rescue, Inc is a licensed, 501(c)(3) not for profit, no kill rescue organization. We strive to rescue and transport hundreds of adoptable pets in facilites practicing high rates of euthanasia. One of many of our goals is to educate the communities on the importance of spaying and neutering and of RESCUE, in order to, county by county, turn Illinois into the FIRST no kill state!
Transports are needed from counties throughout IL (mostly southern) to no-kill organizations (mostly) in the Chicagoland area.
Ground transports run weekly but are now becoming full as the population of people seeking adoptable animals is one the rise. We need to take advantage of this and get as many animals into rescue as quickly as possible in order to save their lives.
