Desperately need shuttle from Clovis, NM to middle of CA or to Bend or Portland, OR

Moderated by: rkaplan   New Topic Reply Print Author Post xenajohnson Member   Joined:  Thu Mar 13th, 2008 Location:  Clovis, New Mexico USA Posts:  6 Status:  Offline  Posted: Mon Apr 21st, 2008 05:46 am Quote Reply We are at a shelter that kills there animals in about 1-3 days.  They actually use the gas method to kill still.  We have so many animals that we need to get out of the area.  Not enough people to adopt.    A rescue group in Oregon has agreed to work with us if we can arrange a transport halfway up CA weekly.  If we could get them all the way up to Bend or Portland that would be even better.  If we had a few pilots volunteer, we could rotate the schedule so one pilot would not have to do it every week.   If we had 8 pilots volunteer, they would only have to do it once every other week.  If you can help, please let us know.  My email is xenajohnson@hotmail.com and call me at 478-718-5644.  We really need to get these animals out of her weekly.  Let us know if anyone or group of individuals can help.
